Junior Account Manager

What you would do with us

We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and creative team player to join Mirai Travel-HotelSearch.com as an Junior Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for:

  • Mantaining and improving commercial relationships with hotels (clients).
  • Optimizing hotel's sales through HotelSearch.com and other related websites.
  • Providing consultancy services to hoteliers related with price management, promotional strategies, etc.
  • Providing advice to hoteliers regarding the best way to optimize the Internet as a distribution channel.
  • Explain to hotel's sales/revenue managers the usage of existing Mirai's tools and new released features.
  • Help the team to lead HotelSearch.com towards a predominant position as a "hotel expert" portal.

Apart from the above, you would:

  • Share your ideas with all team members (including management) and apply them.
  • Try things, make mistakes, and learn by doing so.
  • Deepen your knowledge in the areas you like and are interested in.

What we are seeking in you

  • Motivation, passion and commitment.
  • Comunication, Negotiation and Presentation skills (Powerpoint and Excel) are required.
  • Research skills (habit of reading books, magazines, articles and/or blogs).
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness.
  • Skill in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Challenge-seeker who is not daunted by failures.
  • Self motivation and capacity to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Languages; Spanish is required, fluent English is important and any other language is appreciated.
  • Understanding the Internet is an important added bonus but not 100% necessary.
  • Knowledge of the e-travel sector is again an important added bonus but not 100% necessary.
  • A "thorough" knowledge of 1 year experience preferably in the sales/reservations department of a hotel/hotel chain or Account/Product management.

Online Marketing Manager

What you would do with us

We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and creative team player to join Mirai Travel as an Online Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of online marketing:

  • Design, comunicate and implement the Online Marketing plan for Mirai - HotelSearch.com
  • Work with SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Manage Google Adwords and Yahoo CPC campaigns: Tracking, analysis, recommendations, etc.
  • Manage online banner ad campaign programs from banner conceptualization, to placement, tracking and analysis.
  • Manage online ad agencies to ensure best placement of/return on ads.
  • Manage Email marketing campaigns.

Apart from the above, you would:

  • Share your ideas with all team members (including management) and apply them.
  • Try things, make mistakes, and learn by doing so.
  • Deepen your knowledge in the areas you like and are interested in.

    • SEO Implementation and management is an added bonus but not 100% necessary.
