Mirai has always been a company with a dynamic and international team. We are a small team with more than fifty people from all around the globe have worked with us over the years; some of those nationalities include Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Romania, Spain, United States and Venezuela.
The environment here at Mirai is positive, supportive and fun, everyone is involved and participates actively in the business. This environment has created some strong friendships and a family like atmosphere amongst the team, so much so that many team members who left, have returned to work at Mirai. One such example is our Managing Director, who was one of the first engineers at Mirai and eventually left to work in another company and then onto complete his MBA in the United States. After completing his studies he returned to Mirai and now leads the team.
We like to keep in contact with our team members who have moved on to other companies such as, Google, Yahoo, Expedia, EDreams, and Orange, and we always encourage them to stop by the offices when they have a chance.
