- Can your system charge in advance?
- Yes, payment policy is always a hotel’s domain. We offer the possibility to access a POS terminal (Point of Sale) with no extra cost. Once configured you can select a type of the room, dates or offer and apply the charge in advance option.
- Is your system connected to any GDS’s or other IDS’s?
- Not at the moment.
- Is your system connected to channel mamangers?
- Yes, at the moment it is fully compatible with ParityRate, Rate Tiger, EZ Yield, Dingus Services, TravelClick, AvailPro. We are working to expend that list.
- Will I only pay per sale? Are there any other costs?
- Absolutely none. The complete service, as well as the design, etc. will not cost you anything. You may want to increase the basic monthly investment in search engines and marketing, but in any case, this always will be optional.

- When will I receive a response to my request for more information?
- In 24 to 48 hours.
- What type of content do I have to provide to create my site?
- We will send two documents to fill in and we will also need all the graphic material you have available (images, videos, etc.).
- Is there a minimum time contract/commitment required?
- The “booking engine” contract does not have any minimal time. The “official web” have a validity of two years, although there is the possibility of early termination with a three month advance notice.
- Can you help ma promote my website through Google Adwords campaigns?
- Yes, Mirai provides Google Adwords campaign management. You can decide the monthly amount that you wish to invest. In addition, Mirai doesn’t charge for the management of these campaigns: the amount you establish is invested completely in the campaigns.
